Job Description Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term goals, Oversee all operational, financial, and commercial activities to ensure profitability and efficiency, Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and investors, Ensure compliance with local and international Oil & Gas regulations and environmental standards, Drive innovation and transformation within the organization, Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and investor meetings. The Successful Applicant With a minimum of 25 years of leadership experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with at least 15 years in an executive role, you have a proven track record in managing large-scale operations and delivering sustainable growth. With a strong understanding of upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, you have a previous experience in leading operations in West Africa.
