Job Description Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisation's goals. Oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Provide insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions. Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence. Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance and cost control. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders. Monitor cash flow and develop strategies for long-term financial sustainability. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Director should have: A recognised qualification in accounting or finance. Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
