Job Description : Chief Operations Officer (COO) ZIMBABWE Responsible for driving operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, procurement, logistics, and retail operations. The role ensures that the company’s production, distribution, and retail functions operate efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with the company’s growth strategy and sustainability objectives. Operations Strategy & Leadership, Manufacturing Management and Production, Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Retail and Channel Operations, Digital Marketing & ICT, Team Management, Process Improvement, Technology Integration, Compliance and Quality Assurance, Performance Monitoring, Budgeting and Cost Control, Cross-functional Collaboration Skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business management or related, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). FMCG experience is an added advantage Proven experience in a senior operations management role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the paint or chemical sector.
