Job Description : Commercial & Contracts Director – Giga Project, Riyadh ???? DMC Global Partners is searching for an experienced Commercial & Contracts Director to lead our team in all commercial and financial operations on a prestigious Giga Project in Riyadh. This is a senior role requiring a strong leader with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in complex, large-scale construction environments. You will be responsible for defining commercial strategy, managing project budgets, and leading a large, high-performing commercial team (Managers, Contract Managers, QSs, Commercial Managers and Project Controls etc.). If you have 20+ years of extensive commercial management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in high-stakes claims, disputes, and EOTs, we invite you to apply. Experience in the Middle East is a significant advantage! Key Impact Areas: Defining and executing project commercial strategy. Lead complex contractual issues and dispute resolution. Certifying invoices and managing project costs. Providing strategic contractual and commercial guidance to the entire project team. Review and Manage of all upstream and downstream communication.
