Job Description : National Sales Manager - FMCG - PNG Our client is a diverse manufacturing and distribution business with long terms roots in Papua New Guinea is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead their growing sales and merchandising teams. This position has arisen due to growth with traditional and new clients. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to thrive and grow in a major PNG company. As a member of the leadership team you will work in close partnership with the Chief Executive Officer and other Senior Executives to drive the next phase of growth through the provision of critical insights and commercial guidance that shape the delivery of the strategy and business plans. The ideal candidate will be from a sales/manufacturing background experience and proven track record of leading change, improving team engagement and delivering results, ability to motivate, lead and mentor a sales team, sound commercial skills and business acumen, familiar with analysing data and consumer insights to identify opportunities, existing relationships within FMCG in PNG will be well regarded, strong communication and presentation skills, adept at creating and adhering to sales systems and processes when required. To be successful in this challenging and rewarding role you will be a suitably qualified individual who brings and demonstrates the ability to lead the sustainable growth of a diverse manufacturing organisation across the FMCG market segment.
