BALABEL SPC is looking for a Manager – Accounts & Finance to oversee our financial operations and ensure excellence across all accounting functions. ???? Key Responsibilities • Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports and annual budgets. • Manage cash flow and fund flow to maintain financial stability. • Implement and monitor financial systems, SOPs, and approval processes. • Oversee accounts receivable, vendor payments, and accounting compliance. • Finalize statutory financial statements and ensure full regulatory compliance. • Lead the adoption of new accounting tools and systems. • Supervise the accounts team for accuracy in reporting and reconciliation. • Drive cost control initiatives to optimize expenses and improve fund utilization. ???? Qualifications • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance
