Candidates must have experience managingand leading projects.Key responsibilities:UAE Experience is preferred but not essentialPlan, manage, and deliver fit-out projects from inceptionto completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and qualitystandards are met.Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors,and internal teams to maintain smooth communicationand resolve site issues promptly.Monitor project progress through regular site inspections,reporting, and schedule tracking to ensure milestones areachieved.Oversee procurement and resource planning, ensuringmaterials, manpower, and subcontractors are available asper project requirements.
