Job Description : Regional Finance Business Partner - Middle East Location: Dubai A US listed Multinational is currently looking to recruit a Regional Finance Business Partner for their Dubai office. The role provides actionable insight through scenario modelling, investment appraisal, and commercial evaluation to support value-driven business decisions. It oversees financial performance and compliance across multiple countries, leads profit planning, month-end close, KPI reporting, and performance analysis, and provides financial input into bids, tenders, and project reviews to ensure robust risk and profitability assessment. You will lead the annual profit planning process and coordinate month end closing activities. Deliver timely and impactful monthly reporting packs, KPIs and variance analysis. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant, possesses strong analytical and commercial acumen and can influence senior stakeholders with clear, insightful communication.
