Job Description : Global Head HR- East Africa This opening is for an experienced Global HR Head for a leading paint manufacturing company with renowned brands across 5/6 countries in East Africa. Qualification: Must be an MBA HR Experience: Minimum 12 years in Manufacturing Industry Should also have experience in managing multi-location companies across several cities/countries, as well as different regulatory environment. The incumbent will be responsible for developing & implementing HR strategies, processes, systems, policies, and initiatives that support the company's objectives. Effective communication skills & should have an ability to be tactfully assertive & work through Systems approach. Should be a mature and strategic professional with good interpersonal skills & pleasant personality. Prior experience of having worked in an African Country will be advantageous.
