Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering (MBA preferred) ???? Reports To: Managing Director About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Manufacturing to lead end-to-end production operations for PVC and uPVC products. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in polymer extrusion, molding, and processing — along with leadership skills to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Lead manufacturing strategy, operations, and cost optimization. Ensure high-quality standards (BIS, ASTM, ISO). Manage production, maintenance, and process improvement. Drive automation, IoT, and digital monitoring adoption. Implement sustainable and eco-friendly production practices. Develop plant teams and promote a culture of safety and excellence. Required Skills & Expertise: ? Strong technical knowledge of PVC/uPVC processing (extrusion, calendaring, lamination) ? Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM ? ERP (SAP/Oracle) proficiency ? Strategic leadership with operational excellence Performance Outcomes: ???? Achieve production and quality targets ???? Maintain rejection rates below 3% ???? Reduce energy cost per ton annually ???? Ensure 100% compliance with quality and safety norms
