Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: East Africa Department: Finance & Accounts Budget: $4,500 to $5,000 per month (CTC All Inclusive) Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a dynamic FMCG business engaged in route-to-market (RTM) van sales distribution. The ideal candidate must bring a strategic mindset, deep financial acumen, and robust experience in ERP platforms like Odoo or SAP B1 to effectively manage and scale our financial operations. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, taxation, accounting, financial reporting, and audits. · Manage cash flow, working capital, capital expenditures, and financial planning aligned with business goals. · Lead financial strategy and drive cost optimization and profitability improvements. · Ensure regulatory compliance with all statutory laws and financial standards. · Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions. · Integrate and optimize ERP systems such as Odoo or SAP B1 for real-time financial insights and business efficiency. · Provide strategic input to the leadership team on key business decisions, risks, and investment opportunities. · Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain high standards of financial integrity and performance. Education & Experience Requirements: · Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. · 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and leadership roles. · Prior experience in FMCG, distribution, or van sales-based businesses is highly preferred. · Proven expertise in using ERP systems (Odoo / SAP Business One). · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights
