Oversee treasury, working capital, and debt management. Ensure compliance with audits, taxation, and statutory requirements. Strengthen internal controls and implement cost optimization initiatives. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team. Liaise effectively with banks, auditors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders. What We’re Looking For ? Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) ? 10+ years of senior finance experience in FMCG or MNC environments ? Prior East Africa experience strongly preferred ? Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills ? Age below 50 years
