Job Description : HR Director – Dubai 45K AED Are you a strategic HR leader with strong experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, and a solid Finance background? Our client is looking for a forward-thinking HR Director to lead the full HR function, combining strategic rewards design with hands-on operational leadership. Around 60% of the focus will be on Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, and 40% on HR Operations. We’re looking for someone who: ? Has deep experience developing and implementing compensation and benefits frameworks ? Understands financial planning, KPIs, and how HR connects to business strategy ? Has previously built or improved HR policies and operational processes ? Ideally holds a Business Administration or Finance-related degree ? Is confident partnering with Finance and senior leadership teams
