Group CFO

Job Description : Group CFO KENYA to lead the financial management of its healthcare operations in Kenya. The role demands a finance leader with strong healthcare industry experience, capable of driving financial performance, ensuring compliance. · Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement the unit's financial strategy aligned with objectives. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Group CFO based on financial analysis and projections. Financial Management & Reporting Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and MIS for the hospital/unit. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Manage working capital, including cash flow, receivables, and payables. Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial drivers to improve profitability. · Qualifications & Experience - CA / CS in Finance 10-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a hospital or healthcare organisation. Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance in a multi-location or group healthcare setup. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
