Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD NIGERIA xperienced Business Manager, preferably from the Printing and Packaging industry, responsible for overseeing the complete operations of Monocartons, Lamitubes, Exercise Books, and Labels. The role entails formulating and executing strategic and business plans aligned with corporate objectives to ensure operational efficiency, fulfill customer requirements, and drive sustainable business growth and revenue enhancement. Strategic Accountabilities Oversee and champion the articulation and development of the group’s strategy and business plans and ensure alignment with corporate strategy and business goals. Ensure the development and implementation of relevant structures (process, people and systems) to support the group’s goals and objectives. Operational accountabilities Oversee and coordinate the day to day activities of the group and ensure alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the Company. Project planning and execution Planning and execution of entire corrugation factory which includes corrugation machine, finishing line, waste management, Boiler, Utilities, Quality systems and Designing section. Production Planning Responsible for reviewing existing production schedules and prioritizing job based on resources, current methods and company requirements. Estimating production cost and implements cost saving methods for effective production. Production Responsible for ensuring that the Facilities and Machinery in the Factory run to their maximum efficiency and output.
