Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) — Real Estate Group, Delhi NCR Compensation: Up to ?1 crore p.a. | Age: 40–50 | Type: Full-time A well-funded, owner-driven real estate group is seeking a dynamic CFO to lead its capital strategy and drive an IPO within 24 months. Key Requirements: Proven experience leading a full IPO process (DRHP/RHP, bankers, legal, compliance, investor communications). Strong track record in fundraising across equity, debt, and structured instruments. In-depth expertise in real estate and construction finance, including project cash flows, land approvals, and EPC contracting. Robust governance, internal controls, FP&A, treasury, and stakeholder management capabilities. Role Responsibilities: Lead capital strategy and fundraising initiatives. Ensure IPO readiness through strong governance, audit, and internal controls. Optimize working capital, cash flows, and balance sheet efficiency. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, strengthen systems/ERP, and engage with promoters, banks, investors, and rating agencies. Qualifications: CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) with 15–25 years of leadership experience in real estate or construction finance.
