Job Description : Finance Director – Dubai We’re supporting a well established engineering and technical services group in the UAE, looking for a senior finance leader to oversee all financial operations and drive strategic growth. What’s required: ???? 15+ years in finance with solid experience leading teams at a senior level ???? Strong understanding of UAE tax laws, VAT, and IFRS standards ???? Skilled in financial planning, forecasting, and commercial analysis ???? Background in marine, oil & gas, or engineering-related industries is an advantage ???? Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data driven decision making The role: You’ll manage the full finance function: including reporting, budgeting, compliance, and performance analysis, while acting as a key business partner to senior management. The position requires someone confident in shaping strategy, improving controls, and guiding financial decision-making across a fast-paced operation.
