Job Description : Head of Operations – KSA seeking a seasoned retail operations leader to oversee the end-to-end store operations across the Kingdom. This strategic role will drive operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across a multi-store grocery retail network. Requirements: 12–15 years of experience in grocery retail operations. Minimum 5 years in an operations leadership role. Strong exposure to the Middle East market. Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver results.
