Head TA for diverse and fast-paced operations across, UAE, India and West Africa. ? Deep expertise in the West African hiring market ? Hands-on experience hiring across levels and industries – manufacturing, services, trading, and corporate functions ? Proficiency in ATS, HRMS platforms, and advanced recruitment analytics & reporting ? Strong process mindset with the ability to build, optimize, and scale recruitment systems ? Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across time zones in a high-growth, multi-industry environment This role will be based in Dubai, and we're looking for someone who can lead with strategy, drive results, and bring energy and structure to our global TA efforts.
