Full HR leadership: TA, HR Ops, C&B, ER, Payroll ???? Performance management, KPIs & talent frameworks ? Culture building, engagement & employee experience ???? Workforce planning, organisation design & headcount strategy ???? HR analytics, dashboards & insights ?? HR digital transformation & systems implementation ???? Strong UAE Labour Law governance & compliance ???? Ideal Profile - CIPD / SHRM / CHRP certified - 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role with a top-tier UAE real estate developer or construction company - End-to-end HR expertise with strong regional knowledge - Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR policies, HR systems and talent management frameworks. - Influential leader with excellent communication & stakeholder management - Proven experience managing all HR verticals end to end (TA, Payroll, HR Ops, C&B, ER, PMS etc.)
