Production & Operations Leadership Leading and optimizing multi-line extrusion processes to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets—while ensuring top-tier product quality, equipment uptime, and full compliance with FSSC 22000 and food safety standards. ???? Process Improvement & Efficiency Championing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives across extrusion, drying, packaging, and utilities to enhance throughput and minimize waste. ???? Team Leadership & Capability Building Developing high-performing production teams, mentoring supervisors and next-level managers, and reinforcing a culture of accountability, ownership, and teamwork aligned with organizational values. ???? Reliability & Maintenance Excellence Driving preventive maintenance programs and strengthening collaboration between engineering and production to improve reliability of critical extrusion equipment. ???? Compliance, Quality & Safety Upholding strict adherence to regulatory requirements from ZABS, the Ministry of Health, and export standards while maintaining complete documentation and traceability of materials and finished goods. ???? Budgeting & Cost Control Managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets, optimizing cost per MT, reducing energy and raw material consumption, improving yield, and minimizing waste across all operations. ???? Stakeholder Collaboration Working closely with Supply Chain, QA, R&D, and Sales to align production with market demand and support new product innovations.
