The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing teams, improving customer experience, and ensuring smooth delivery of all ticketing, event, and platform activities. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across ticketing, events, customer service, partnerships, and digital platform. Work closely with event organizers, venues, promoters, and government partners. Lead and manage cross-functional teams including operations, tech, sales, marketing, and support. Improve operational processes, SLAs, ticketing flow, customer journey, and backend efficiency. Drive revenue growth through new events, partnerships, and improved product offerings. Monitor platform performance, ticketing systems, and technology integrations. Handle P&L, budgets, KPIs, and operational targets. Ensure compliance, data security, and high-quality service delivery. Build a strong vendor and partner ecosystem for events and entertainment. Requirements 10+ years of experience in ticketing, events, entertainment, e-commerce, or digital platforms. Strong leadership and team management experience. Knowledge of ticketing systems, event operations, and large-scale customer handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
