20 yearsJob Description : BUSINESS UNIT HEAD SOUTH EAS ASIA Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Business Unit Head to work closely with the Country Manager in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise. Job Summary As Business Unit Head, your key tasks would be as below: Driving sustainable, profitable SBU growth in the market with clear priorities and disciplined execution. Leading end-to-end sales and marketing operations while taking full accountability for the P&L. Creating and executing integrated marketing programs that enhance company image among all stake holders. Partnering with Business Development and Regulatory teams to shape the future portfolio and accelerate launches. Building and nurturing stable, dynamic, high-performing sales and marketing team through coaching, clear goals, and performance management. Qualification & Experience Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria: Graduate degree (preferably B.Pharm); MBA/PG qualification is an advantage. 1015 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 45 years in a second-line or higher managerial role, along with some exposure to marketing. Skills & Knowledge: The ideal candidate has proven success in sales within the pharmaceutical industry thrives on action and results, and demonstrates strong persuasive and visionary thinking. The candidate is driven, responsible, and strategican empathetic people leader who adapts quickly to new cultures and market dynamics. You combine strategic insight with excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills to drive growth and inspire teams.
