Job Description : Fleet Manager Uganda (Jinja Location) Overseas Opportunity | Tiles / Building Material / Manufacturing Industry Position: Fleet Management (Fleet Manager) Location: Jinja, Uganda Vacancies: 1 Experience: Minimum 8+ years Industry Preference: Tiles / Building Materials / Manufacturing Education: Graduate Key Responsibilities: · Oversee complete fleet operations & truck maintenance · Ensure timely servicing & repairs · Route allocation & driver performance monitoring · Supervise loading/unloading of goods · Maintain spare parts & truck inventory · Track mileage, tyre pressure & overall vehicle health · Ensure on-time deliveries · Manage vehicle insurance, PUC & renewals · Maintain service records, documentation & delivery tracking · Preference: Experience with Tata / Fuso / Mercedes trucks Salary & Benefits: · Salary: 9.60 LPA (Fixed Saving Salary) · Working Days: Monday–Saturday · Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM · Leaves: 1 month paid leave + return tickets after 2 years · Visa & Tickets: Provided · Accommodation: Bachelor accommodation (Family accommodation after 1st contract) · Food: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided · Transportation: Provided · Medical: Provided · Contract Duration: 2 Years
