Job Description : PROJECT DIRECTOR UAE Location: Al Fujeirah -Master/Bachelor Certificate in Engineering Field -Experience from 15 to 20 Years in the same role -Professional qualifications like: Association for Project Management (APM), Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is required -Lead the Group commercial/private projects by establishing the needed policies and procedures -Report to management about projects progression milestones -Ensure permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project #Cost_Management: -Prepare budget for the operation department to gather funding from executives and track the resources -Oversee financial KPIs for the projects and ensure project quality; -Involve is reviewing status reports, invoices, and documents. #Team_Management: -Provide coaching, guidance, direction, and leadership to the project team and project manager. -Lead the project managers who oversee teams of developers, designers, architects, and others -Manage Project Team in various departments
