Business Head

Job Description : SBU Head (Preferably in Plastics Industry- Expertise) Reporting to : Director KRA's: *Responsible for sales revenue of the segment and function as a Profit centre. *Product development, strategy for market & business growth and improving price realization / profitability across product range. *Formulate business plans, execute & drive sales strategy & targets. *Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices. *Anticipate and identify changing market trends. * Proactive and effective communicator with strong team leadership and Negotiation capabilities. *Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission ,management reporting, business Process & organizational planning. *Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team. *Play a Significant role in long-term planning, geared toward operational excellence. *Builds company brand by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
