Job Description : Operations Director Life – Systems ???? Salary: AED 30,000 – 35,000 ???? Location: UAE Our client, a leading organization in the Fire, Safety & ELV industry, is looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead their Life Systems Division and oversee major projects across the UAE. ???? Key Responsibilities ? Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards. ???? Lead, mentor, and guide project managers, engineers, and operational teams. ?? Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. ???? Coordinate closely with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders for seamless execution. ???? Track KPIs, financial performance, and resource allocation for continuous improvement. ???? Qualifications & Experience ???? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred). ????? 12+ years of experience in Life Systems, Fire Protection, or ELV Projects. ????? At least 8 years in a senior operations leadership role. ???? Strong understanding of UAE regulations and authority approvals (DCD, ADCD, etc.). ???? Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
