FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER QATAR Finance Manager with solid experience in the FMCG and manufacturing sector, especially in plant finance, cost control, and operations finance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, business-focused, and able to partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and operational excellence. Oversee plant finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control. Manage daily accounting, MIS, and month-end closing for the plant/manufacturing unit. Conduct detailed costing, BOM analysis, production variance analysis, and recommend process improvements. Work closely with the supply chain, production, and procurement teams to optimize costs and improve efficiencies. Monitor inventory, working capital, fixed assets, and ensure accurate reporting. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, internal controls, and company policies. Support the leadership team with business insights, dashboards, and financial reports for decision-making. Implement and strengthen systems, internal controls, and SOPs across the plant. Drive profitability improvement projects and identify cost-saving opportunities. Required Skills & Experience 10 years of experience in FMCG / manufacturing finance, including at least 3–5 years in plant finance. Strong knowledge of costing, production finance, and operations finance. Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems, Excel, and financial modelling. Solid understanding of MIS, statutory compliance, and internal audit. Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills. CA / CMA preferred; MBA Finance or similar qualifications may be considered.
