Senior Manager

Job Description : Senior Manager — Finance Dubai Finance Leadership experience • 10+ years' experience across finance, accounting and controlling, managing end-to-end financial operations, reporting cycles and compliance requirements in the UAE market, preferably in the chemical/ allied industries. • Proven leadership experience overseeing finance/accounting teams, driving performance, mentoring talent and establishing scalable team structures, while reporting to the GM/ CEO. • Strong technical capability in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, P&L oversight and financial modelling, including IRR, NPV and scenario-based project evaluation. • Solid experience working with auditors, consultants and cross-functional stakeholders.
