PROJECT HEAD

Job Description : PROJECT HEAD NIGERIA 20-25 years experience End-to-end execution of a Greenfield Wheat Flour Mill Facility, managing engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and handover. The role requires strong technical understanding of flour milling machinery, plant utilities, civil & structural works, project planning, and cross-functional leadership. Experience in handling large-scale agro-processing or food processing plant projects is essential. Project Planning & Execution. Lead the entire Greenfield project lifecycle concept, design, procurement, construction, installation, trial run, and commissioning. Prepare detailed project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and timelines. Manage coordination between civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams. Technical & Engineering Management. Vendor, Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination. Commercial & Budget Control. Leadership & Team Management. Site management, resource planning, statutory, safety, HSE, site administration, dealing with local bodies. Preferred candidate profile : BE/BTech with exp in green field project, brown field project - FMCG, food, wheat flour mill, experience in African countries.
