Job Description : Country General Manager – East Africa (Automotive Retail Leadership Role) Are you an experienced automotive retail leader ready to take charge of an entire country operation in East Africa? Our client, a rapidly expanding automotive player, is looking for a dynamic Country General Manager to lead sales, aftersales, marketing, operations, P&L performance, and growth strategy. This is a full-time expatriate opportunity with strong visibility, high responsibility, and the chance to create real impact across one of Africa’s fastest-growing automotive markets. ???? Key Requirements ? 6–10 years in senior automotive retail leadership (GM, Regional Manager, Country Manager) ? Strong experience in emerging markets—Africa exposure highly preferred ? P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, business growth planning ? Ability to lead diverse, cross-cultural teams ? Stakeholder engagement with OEMs, suppliers, and partners ? Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred ????
