Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER PVC AND HDPE MANUFACTURING UAE Job Location: Al Ain City, Abu-Dhabi Emirates Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and optimize our PVC and HDPE pipes and fittings manufacturing operations, including expansions, new production lines, automation, and technical formulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage operations - production, maintenance, raw material, machine utilization, and manpower to ensure timely and efficient operations. Oversee quality control, inspect products, and ensure compliance with specifications and certifications. Coordinate with sales, procurement, and stores to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor equipment, utilities, and factory conditions, and manage maintenance and downtime effectively. Lead operational projects, support certifications, and liaise with government agencies and customers. Ensure proper succession planning, role clarity, and capability building across all operational teams. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 15 years of total experience in manufacturing in similar products, with at least 3 years as Operations Manager. Proven experience in plant expansions, new line commissioning, automation, and technical process management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Experience in PVC & HDPE Pipes are Compulsory Team: Production Manager, Maintenance Engineers, Supervisors etc Reporting to Managing Director
