Job Description : CFO DUBAI Salary: AED 60k-70k Industry: Real Estate Developer Strong fundraising, project financing and banking relationship experience in the UAE is essential for this role. Responsibilities include: - Leading all Finance operations (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, reporting and financial operations) - Developing financial strategies to support growth, new projects and investments - Managing liquidity, cashflow planning and financial risk - Driving fundraising, structured funding and maintaining relationships with banks - Ensuring full compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations - Providing strategic financial insights to the CEO and Board -Overseeing monthly/quarterly/annual reporting cycles and audits Requirements: - Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CMA, ACA or equivalent) - Experience in the UAE real estate development, construction or a similar sector - Strong experience in fundraising, project financing and dealing with financial institutions - Solid experience to FP&A, treasury, reporting, tax, audit and IFRS
