Reports to: General Manager / Managing Director Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Plantation Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations of a large-scale palm plantation (5000+ hectares). The role involves overseeing nursery, irrigation, field management, and harvesting activities — ensuring high yield, efficiency, and compliance with sustainability standards. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead plantation operations and manpower to meet production goals ? Ensure adherence to Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and RSPO/ISO standards ? Manage labour, resources, and plantation assets efficiently ? Drive cost optimization, sustainability, and compliance initiatives ? Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and implement improvement projects ? Foster a culture of teamwork, performance, and continuous learning Requirements: ???? Graduate in Agriculture with 20+ years of experience in palm plantation management ???? Must have led operations for a minimum of 5000 hectares ???? Proven expertise in nursery & plantation management, budgeting, and team leadership ???? Willingness to relocate within Nigeria/West Africa
