Experience: 8–12 Years in Mall Operations / Retail Management Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily mall operations, administration, and tenant management Ensure smooth functioning of security, housekeeping, and facility management Manage leasing, tenant relations, occupancy, and store performance Monitor footfall, sales reports, and implement mall promotional activities Coordinate with vendors, service partners, and government authorities Ensure safety, hygiene, and customer experience standards Lead operations team and handle crisis management Budgeting, MIS reporting, and operational cost control Requirements: Graduate / MBA preferred Strong experience in mall operations or large retail property management Excellent communication & leadership skills Ability to handle multicultural staff and high-footfall retail environments
