Job Description : FINANCE HEAD DUBAI 20+ years experience 8-10 in senior finance level Proven African exposure and cross border experience Head of Finance from Indian Nationality to partner closely with our Group CFO in strengthening financial governance, driving profitability, and leading multi-country finance operations across diverse markets. Specially inviting the candidates with trading company experience with multiple products portfolios. 1?? Financial Leadership & Reporting • Lead a multi-country finance team and ensure timely, accurate consolidated reporting. • Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across trading & distribution entities. • Maintain strict compliance with international accounting standards & controls. 2?? Treasury, Fundraising & Cross-Border Structuring • Manage liquidity, treasury operations and capital allocation for high-volume trading flows. • Build strong banking/investor relationships for trade finance & working capital. • Structure efficient cross-border financial routes to optimize tax and mitigate risk. 3?? Governance, KPIs & Board Reporting • Strengthen financial discipline through KPIs, dashboards and governance frameworks. • Present insights, risks and opportunities directly to the Board. 4?? Taxation, Risk & Compliance • Oversee multi-jurisdiction tax strategy, VAT/ESR/AML compliance and transfer pricing. • Lead statutory audits and ensure IFRS adherence across trading markets. • Manage FX, credit and regulatory risks impacting import–export operations. 5?? Strategic & Commercial Finance • Partner on new investments, market expansion and commercial deals. • Run financial modelling, pricing and feasibility for trading and new ventures. • Balance risk, margins and growth while supporting frontline commercial teams.
