East African Corridor Ltd. is seeking a Transport Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our diverse fleet and driver operations in a Container Terminal What You’ll Do: Lead day-to-day transport operations in a Container Terminal Manage a diverse fleet and team of drivers / supervisors with a focus on Safety and Performance Implement and refine operational processes to boost productivity and reduce costs Monitor KPIs and generate reports to support strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in Transport Operations in a Container Terminal Competence in Fleet & Driver management.
