Job Description : Logistics Coordinator – Palm Oil Refinery ???? Location: Freetown, Sierra Leone ????Experience: 3–5+ years Join our Supply Chain team to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of raw materials and finished products for a busy palm oil refinery ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Plan & schedule inbound/outbound CPO/CPKO movements. ???? Coordinate with suppliers, transporters & fleet teams. ???? Oversee weighbridge, yard operations & loading/unloading. ???? Manage ERP entries, documentation & inventory accuracy. ???? Ensure HSE compliance, journey management & anti-theft procedures. ???? Vendor sourcing, rate negotiation & performance management. ???? Qualifications: ???? Bachelor’s in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field ???? 8+ years in agri-commodities/FMCG/refining (West Africa strongly preferred) ???? ERP proficiency; knowledge of tank farms, liquid bulk, weighbridge ???? Strong planning, communication & problem-solving skills ???? Working Conditions Plant-based role, shifts & port visits; 20–30% local travel. ????
