CYLINDER PLANT MANAGER

Job Description : CYLINDER PLANT MANAGER kVEEPEE INDUSTRIES LTD SANGO OTA, NIGERIA ROLE OVERVIEW Lead and manage compplete Cylinder (Pre-Press) operations including engraving, plating. proofing, and quality assurance. Ensure high-quality output, efficient workfiow, and strong coordination with cross-functional teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee end-to-end cylinder operations (engraving, plating, polishing, chrome finishing). • Plan and schedule cylinder production to meet timelines. • Implement strict quality checks and compliance with EHS standards. • Control costs, optimize machine utilization, and reduce downtime. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Engineering Graduate or M.Sc. Chemistry (mandatory). • 30-35 years of experience in cylinder plant/prepres opetions. • Expertise in engraving machines (Hell, Ohio, Daetwlyer, etc.) • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
