Job Description : Vice President – Finance (Pharmaceuticals, Hyderabad) We are seeking an accomplished Vice President – Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations of a reputed pharmaceutical organisation across its Formulations and API divisions. This role is open only to female candidates aged 50–53 years with strong experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20+ years of experience, proven expertise in manufacturing finance, treasury, multi-location financial management, compliance (IND-AS, GST, Income Tax, USFDA/EU) and proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP. The VP – Finance will act as a strategic business partner, driving profitability, operational efficiency, and cash flow optimisation while ensuring statutory compliance, managing audits, financial risks, working capital, and project financing. The role also demands effective leadership in mentoring and building high-performing finance teams and advising top management on critical financial matters.
