Job Description : CFO (preferably from Export-Import / Shipping Industry) for Central -Africa Qualification: Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA, MBA Finance, Inter CA Experience: Min. 10+ Years Salary: Up to 3000$ Net Savings pm Expatriate Benefits: * Job Description: • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and business growth. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and investment strategies for the company. • Supervise financial audits, tax filings, and ensure compliance with local and international financial laws. • Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key stakeholders. • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient financial management of export operations. • Implement financial risk management policies, including foreign exchange risk and credit risk. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and management team for strategic decision-making. • Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
