Job Description : Sales Head- DR Congo (Cosmetics Manufacturing Company) Location: DR Congo Experience: 15 - 25 Years Key Requirements: - 15-25 years of strong experience in Sales & Distribution within Cosmetics / Personal Care / FMCG Manufacturing companies. - Proven expertise in driving volume sales, channel development, and market expansion. - Africa experience is MUST - candidates without Africa experience will not be considered. - Excellent leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills. - Ability to build distributor networks, manage P&L, and deliver business growth. Job Responsibilities: - Lead the entire Sales & Distribution operations for DR Congo. - Develop market strategies and drive sales targets. - Manage key distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners. - Build, guide, and mentor high-performing sales teams. - Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends.
