Job Description : Head of Payment Excellence Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Onsite) Experience: 812 Years Industry: Fintech / Digital Lending / Payments Job Overview Hiring a senior leader to drive payment, lending, and collection excellence across Omniretail’s fintech ecosystem. The role focuses on data-driven decision-making, automation, and improving customer financial experience. Key Responsibilities · Lead Payment Excellence strategy aligned with business goals. · Build credit scoring models, dashboards, and predictive analytics. · Drive automation across payment, lending, and collection workflows. · Collaborate with Product & Engineering to deliver scalable fintech solutions. · Track KPIs: BNPL active users, NPL ratio, POS usage, collection efficiency. Skills & Qualifications · 8–12 years in fintech, digital lending, or payments. · Strong understanding of BNPL, credit scoring, and financial data models. · Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI/Metabase/ThoughtSpot. · Experience in automation/AI-led process improvements. · Strong communication and stakeholder management.
