Job Description : General Manager Department: Operations / Administration Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location: Kingdom of Bahrain Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the entire office and business operations. The ideal candidate will work directly with the CEO and lead multiple departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities The General Manager will oversee and provide strategic leadership to the following departments: -Finance – Budgeting, financial planning, cost control, compliance -Human Resources – Recruitment, training, performance management, culture building -Food & Beverage Operations – Quality control, service standards, cost management -Real Estate – Leasing, property management, tenant relations -Purchase – Vendor management, procurement planning, cost optimization -Store/Inventory – Stock control, warehousing, documentation -Marketing – Branding, promotions, digital strategies, customer engagement -Projects (Mall Operations) – Mall operations, redevelopment, contractor coordination Additional responsibilities include: ? Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement ? Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring strong interdepartmental coordination ? Translating CEO’s vision into actionable strategies and measurable goals ? Ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards across all units ? Preparing regular reports and updates for senior management ???? Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred) -10+ years of senior management experience overseeing multiple departments -Strong background in multi-business operations such as F&B, real estate, retail, or mall operations. -Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills -Ability to manage complex operations, teams, and projects simultaneously
