Job Description : HSEF HEAD INDIONESIA Leading the team of HSE professionals in integrated Poly, PET, Spinning, Fabric multiple complex operations. HSE governance, digital and culture transformation in multiple sites, compliance to EHS regulations, team and capability building, mentoring EHS systems implementation. Responsibilities 1. Identify the key risks at the sites and identify the strategies and plan to mitigate the risk in line with corporate HSEF requirements. 2. Appraising APEX committee on HSEF performances and actions required, monitoring the implementation part. Identify and develop strategy for HSEF improvement opportunities at site. 3. Drive improvement in all key HSEF Metrics across the site. 4. Establish and monitor a process to ensure that lessons learned are shared & implemented across the site. 5. Monitoring of HSEF KPIs and actions to achieve the targets. Mentoring and capability building of workforce. 6. Maintain and improve Site Level HSEF Procedures, Guidelines, Systems and Metrics in line with corporate requirements. 7. Coordinating and supervising all activities of HSEF departments. 8. To comply with good environmental, safety & health practices 9. Deploying methods & technologies for risk assessment & control 10. Providing required resources to ensure proper and timely delivery of the requirements. 11. Organizing the department to ensure proper manpower capability. 12. Providing resources required for HSEF department. 13. Controlling and supervising of HSEF department activities, department budget control. 14. Monitoring of KPI of the department. 15. Revision and approval of HSEF documents. 16. Communication with concerned Government agencies on statutory requirements Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate should be BE/B.Tech degree (Full time) in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety from approved institute (NEBOSH/ IOSH/ OSHA certification) will be an added advantage He should have 20-25 years of work experience in a petrochemical, polymer, chemical manufacturing or oil and gas industry
