Job Description : QC MANAGER JOBURG SOUTH AFRICA FOR BREAD Lead quality assurance and food safety for the Bread division in a high-volume bakery environment. Must have solid expertise in bread quality parameters, HACCP/GMP systems, and end-to-end QC processes in food or bakery manufacturing. Required Candidate profile Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Food Science, or related fields. 12–15 years of experience in Quality Control within Bread industries. Strong knowledge of bread-making processes.
