Job Description : STORE DIRECTOR DUBAI distinguished fine jewellery house is seeking an accomplished Store Director- Dubai to lead the brand’s flagship boutique. The Store Director will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team of Client Advisors, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centricity. You will drive sales leadership by actively engaging with clients, mentoring your team, and implementing strategic clienteling initiatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and productivity KPIs. In addition, you will ensure operational and commercial excellence, maintaining impeccable visual merchandising, upholding brand standards, and overseeing stock, security, and operational procedures. You will provide insights on client preferences, buying trends, and assortment needs, while serving as a brand ambassador in-store and within the wider luxury community. Every interaction, both with clients and the team, should reflect the brand’s heritage, values, and commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years’ experience in a leadership role within luxury fine jewellery, with a proven track record of driving commercial success and leading high-performing retail teams. You should possess a deep understanding of luxury clientele, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a polished, confident presence.
