Job Description : Project Manager - Hard FM An opportunity has arisen with a leading third party service provider who are in need of an experienced FM professional to take the lead on a multi site Hard FM contract. This role involves overseeing operational delivery, driving service quality, managing assets and supporting the contract through to the PFI handback. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a high-responsibility environment and excels at building strong working relationships. Key Requirements Significant Hard FM management experience, including overseeing complex service contracts Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractor relationships Solid financial and operational understanding, including budgeting and lifecycle planning Strong Health & Safety knowledge with experience in compliance, audits and investigations
