Job Description : HEAD OF MEP/SENIOR MEP MANAGER DUBAI, UAE The Head of MEP Division leads all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations across major construction projects, overseeing design, delivery, commercial performance, quality, and HSE. The role requires strong UAE project experience, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams to successful completion. Key responsibilities • Deliver MEP works on major UAE projects (AED 500M-4BN) across multiple sectors. • Coordinate with leading consultants/contractors and resolve technical issues. • Manage planning, resources, costs, KPls, and variations. • Lead client/consultant meetings, reporting, and approvals. • Ensure QHSE compliance and lead MEP teams.
