Job Description : General Manager – Containers, Caps & Injection Moulding Manufacturing based at Uganda location A leading plastics manufacturing group (Containers, Caps & Injection Moulding Accessories) is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead strategy, operations, and business growth. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Drive strategic planning, business growth & operational excellence • Lead production, quality, inventory & process improvements • Ensure compliance, risk management & strong governance • Build and develop high-performance teams across functions • Strengthen stakeholder, supplier & market relationships ???? Candidate Profile: ? Bachelor’s in Engineering / Industrial Technology ? MBA preferred ? 10+ years’ experience in Plastics Manufacturing (5+ in a managerial role) ? CGMP certification (Must) ? Strong leadership in production, quality, ERP/SAP & plant operations ?
